Clawson Family Reunion

Kadence and I headed up to Heici Hot Springs in Ririe, ID for a last minute family reunion with my dad and Susan. It was a long 3 hour drive but well worth seeing our family!
We had to get a 4 generations picture...My grandma Caralyn, my dad, me and Kadence. (Don't mind my hair!!!...we had just gone swimming.)
Kadence had so much fun hanging out with her Papa all day.
My dad, all of my aunts, and my grandma...Holly, Jodi, Marci, my dad, Sally, Julie, and grandma.

Sublette County Fair

A couple of weeks ago we went up to Wyoming to the Sublette County Fair, which happens to be the county the ranch is in.

We went to Luke Bryan's concert that was held in the horse arena...very country! This is my favorite kind of concert, small and intimate. It was so fun, and he put on a great show.
Kadence did really well at her first concert...she danced around and played in the dirt.
Thanks to my mom and Brent for inviting us!

Kadence got a good view from her daddy's shoulders.
The next day we headed outside to ride the new/old horses. They are both very mature and gentle...perfect for the kids!

Adam riding...the horses don't have names yet.

Me and my baby girl
Later that night we went back to the fair to check out the festivities
Enjoying a ring pop
Holy Cow!
The farm animals were a big hit with Kadence
She wasn't too sure about the pigs, they were mean!
We ended the weekend with a long "Wheeler!" ride...

Double Rainbow...

I've seen this same rainbow on a few other blogs...but wanted to post our picture of it. Kadence thought it was very cool, and so did I!

*Meagan's Bridal Shower*

My mom and I gave Meagan, my brother Scott's fiance, a recipe themed bridal shower a couple of weeks ago. Her mom that lives in PA was able to fly in to be with her.

Meagan and her mom Sally
Meagan, my mom, and me
Some of the decor...The flowers were the same as Meg's having for the wedding, so pretty. My mother-in-law made this beautiful cake and fabulous cupcakes...they were red velvet with creme cheese frosting, meg's favorite.
Amazing...
and Delicious!

The Thank-You's...wooden spoons with the recipe for the meatballs we served at the shower.
She got lots of fun gifts...
Kadence was obsessed with the butterflies on the cupcakes.
Cousin Mady came and played with Kadence
Meg ended up with 9 cake mixes...yum!
It was so fun throwing a shower for Meagan, we can't wait for her to be officially part of our family! Love you Meg!!!

Baby Bridger is Here!

My sis-in-law Alexis and her husband Ben welcomed handsome Bridger Hutchinson into their lives on Thursday July 29th @ 9:23 a.m. He was 8 lbs. 15 oz and 21 1/2 inches long. He is absolutely beautiful and so sweet. We are so excited to have another nephew and cousin to love! Congrats Ben, Alexis, Brogan, and Avery, he's perfect.

24th of July

We started the weekend off with the Roy pool yet again....but this time daddy got to come!
Kadence had an extra boost of confidence, might have had something to do with Adam being there???

The next day we went down to 25th St. to see all the horses, Kadence got excited every time she saw one, and there are a lot down there...
We went to the Original Farr's Ice-Cream...such a cute place.

Then back home for some fireworks, Kadence was so cute, she sat in her little lawn chair and cheered passionately after each firework.

Ogden Rodeo

We went to the rodeo the week of the 24th...Kadence had just the right outfit.

Posing with the Rodeo Queens...
Kadence loved looking at the bulls and horses, just like I thought she would.
It was a little hot, but the scones with honey butter and kettle corn made it well worth it!
