She wears her sunglasses at night...

Oh how I miss the sunny weather of last week, now it's snowing =( Anyway...Friday was so beautiful that we couldn't stand not to go out and enjoy the weather! We went to the Pleasant Valley Driving range with my brother Scott and his girlfriend Meagan, and we all brought our shades. I was at Babies "R" Us earlier that day, and decided Kadence needed these sunglasses. They may be a bit dorky looking with the strap and all, but she deserves to have UV protection just as much as anyone. I also drenched her with sunblock 3 times during our 30 minute outing, never can be too careful! It was so refreshing to be outside, loved it!
Man, look how pale we are! You need sunglasses just to look at this picture.
Kadence gives the juiciest kisses, yummy, my favorite!
Kadence and her daddy, I love these two! (Look at Joe Cool in the background!)

Scott and Meg, cute couple!

Diaper Beauties

Aren't these two little girlies gorgeous?(Well, I should say three girlies, Alexis is gorgeous too!) I couldn't pass up the opportunity of getting them both in their diapers and pretty flowers!

Happy St. Patty's Day!!!

We had a little St. Patrick's day party at my sister-in-law Alexis' house, so fun! Alexis decorated her house way cute, crepe paper rainbow and all. We had all green food, very yummy!

Cousin Brogan and Avery, thanks for holding Kadence up Brog!!
Kadence had a good 1st St. Patty's day, other than the painful gums, she's teething already!! That explains the drool all over my shirt =)
Rainbow fruit platter...
Green bread bowls...The rainbow, can you see how darling the table is?

Funnies

These are some random pictures that I think are funny, just thought I'd share with you!

Kadence is AlMoSt big enough for her big girl toy! We have to stick a blanket under her feet so she can touch. I don't know what she thinks of this yet, but the whole time she's sitting in it she has huge eyes, like she can't believe all of the cool things that are right in front of her!

This was Kadence's first trip to the Gateway, wahoo! We went on Tuesday, the weather was warm, but WiNdY! I was trying to get a good picture of her, but she just kept giving me the stink eye, I think it was a little bright for her liking. She hasn't got out much since it's been so cold, so this was one of her first real strolls outside with the sunshine on her face. She better get used to it though, I have spring fever like you wouldn't believe! I can't wait to take walks outside more often!!

Adam thought it would be funny to spread the filling from this Little Debbie on Kadence's face to make it look like she was pigging out. Ha Ha...it does look like she just ate a ho ho, and is completely satisfied huh?My friend Shannon had some of us over for dinner the other night. There were 6 little girls and 1 boy there (cute little Parker), so much activity! Kadence isn't used to that much excitement, she got all tuckered out. Before I knew it, she was asleep in my arms like this. Poor girl!

Okay, this picture isn't so much funny, just really sweet! We were just getting ready to leave Nana and Papa's house one night and Kadence wasn't happy to be back in her car seat. Her dad and I were busy gathering our stuff, and she started to fuss. The crying suddenly stopped so I came to look and see what calmed her. This is what I found, CoUsIn Brogan was so nice to HiS Kadence to give her a binky and rock her! He is the best cousin, he always reminds us that she is his cousin by saying, "My Kadence, and My Cousin." Thanks Brog, we love you!!

How could you not LOVE this face?!

Sharstin did it again, she took some beautiful pictures of our baby girl! Kadence was such a sweetie for her photo shoot, happy and smiley. There are more photos on Sharstin's photography blog, http://www.sharstinmillerphotography.blogspot.com/. Thanks so much Sharstin, you did a great job, the pictures are gorgeous! Kadence is almost 4 months old now, I can't believe it! Some of her cool new tricks are blowing raspberries with her lips, and when she can't do it, she fakes the noise, ha ha...it's so funny! She can hold her head steady while sitting with support, she can lay on her tummy and hold hear head up high, she rolls to her side, but not all the way over yet, she holds on to toys and brings them to her mouth, and just yesterday she started to pucker her lips and make the kissing sound, my favorite! I'm pretty sure I taught her this last trick, because I kiss her constantly! I can't resist those cheeks. Kadence has become quite the little sleeper, she has been wanting to go to bed at around 7:00 p.m. lately! We would rather her stay up a while, since this is Adam's time to play with her, but she just gets so sleepy! I try to wake her around 10:00 or 11:00, but sometimes she's in such a deep sleep that I can't get her to stay awake. I guess we will just follow her lead, maybe she's going through a growth spurt...again! She has her 4 month check up next week so I'll post her stats then. I'm thinking she's going to be around 13 lbs.
