So I was just looking through my old pictures and stumbled upon our trip to Vegas for Adam's 21st birthday. I want to go again. It looks so fun...wait a minute, I was there, it was fun! We stayed at the Aladdin Hotel, during the period when they were converting to the Planet Hollywood Hotel. We were so lucky, when we checked in, they upgraded us to the new Silvester Stallone Suite. There were double doors at the entrance, and a doorbell that played Eye of the Tiger, so crazy. It was huge with a panoramic view of the strip. It had all the Rocky movie gear in glass cases, yes, in our room. It was big enough that it needed 2 bathrooms. Actually, Adam's parents were the ones that got this room, but they switched with us since we were there for Adam's birthday, they're so nice. Oh man, what fun times! My little bro is turning 21 in June, maybe we will go back...

We started everyday at the pool for a good 4 hours, sipping cold fruity drinks with umbrellas in them.
Yes, Adam has a beer in each hand, guess he was excited to be 21! That's the Rocky stuff behind him.
I think I need a little work on that pose.
Anyways...I just need a vacation to look forward to, and as of right now, we don't have one planned.

I know how you feel! I can't wait to go on a vacation. We're planning on a trip to Vegas in July and your post makes me so much more excited! I've never been before so I'm looking forward to it.
Oh man! That is exactly how I feel! We need a vacation so bad but don't have anything planned! At least we can look back on the memories!
Adam looks so young in that one picture. How funny. We definately need a vacation too! I told Darin we need to go somewhere before I start the program and all I'm doing is studying!!

I love Vegas, I always enjoy looking at fun vacation pics when I really need a vacation. I was just looking through pics on our blog from last October when we went to Vegas with Bryan Hymas and we had such a fun time! I bet you are really wanting a vacation after having a baby and going through all that. I hope you have a fun one soon!
Oh my heck so do I, and I love Vegas. It is so much fun and there is so much to do there! I am glad Kadence is feeling better too!! You guys are such a gorgeous family!
Can we come too?? A vacation sounds SO nice right now!! We should plan something.. that would be fun!
I hear you on that note. We all need a vacation! Adam looks like a young buck in those old pics, how fun celebrating 21! vacation will never be the same. I bet you remember staying up all hours of the night and drinking till morning. Probably not going to happen anytime soon. It would be nice though to do it once in a while.
I feel your pain! We keep saying we need to go to Vegas, but we just have too much going on. =( I am going to hold out for something this summer!
