Kadence is 1 today...I can't believe my little baby is a toddler now.

10 things Kadence does that I love...

1. She puckers her lips and makes kissing noises when she wants a smooch.

2. When we go get her out of her crib in the morning, she has a huge smile and usually does a little dance.

3. She just started saying uh-oh..it's so cute!

4. She follows us around the house, practically running, always our little shadow.

5. She is a BuSy girl..never a moments rest, so much to do!

6. She is a true dancer at heart, shakes it whenever she hears music, even at a funeral once.

7. She gives her stuffed animals and baby dolls LoVes...kisses them and hugs them, so sweet.

8. She has loads of personality, hardly ever shy. We are always entertained.

9. I love seeing her excitement when her Daddy gets home from work, pure joy on her face.

10. I love everything about Kadence. I've never known a love like I have for her.

Momma and Daddy

I Miss her...

I miss this little girl! We went up to the ranch this weekend and my mom talked me into leaving Kadence with her for a night. It sounded great at first, a peaceful 3 hour ride home, dinner with my husband, getting to sleep in for the 1st time in a year...sounds awesome right? Well I hardly slept at all last night. All I could think about was if she was sleeping good, or if she missed us. Good news is she'll be home in my arms tonight. I am thankful that my mom kept her, and I know it's good for both of us, it was just a little hard being away from her for the first time since she was born. Oh, I love her so much!

Halloween Part II

I'm posting about Halloween a 2nd time now that I was able to steal pictures from Alexis' blog...Thanks Lex, love ya!

These are 4 out of the 6 grandkids on my dad and Susan's side..Kadence, Kylee as Sleeping Beauty, Koby as one of the Transformers, and Madyson as a cute little Lady Bug. Poor Gage was sick on Halloween, but he was going to be a Monkey.

On Thursday we went to the Union Station to get some pictures on the train (True Zoro style). How cute are these 3 Amigos?!

This is the Banana Lady's original hat Annette made, unfortunately Kadence didn't want to keep it on, it was so cute though!

Kadence loved going from house to house...don't think she really understood, but anything that has to do with candy, people, and being outside is fabulous in her book.

In order for Kadence to leave her hat alone, she had to be carrying this banana around, funny girl.

Adam and I tried to keep up with the Spanish theme, so Sombreros it was.

Look at this fun family, all dressed up. Ben was Wolverine, a.k.a...."Sharp Nails!" Brogan LOVES Wolverine, he was so excited when he answered the door and his daddy was dressed as "sharp nails." Thanks to Ben and Alexis for hosting another Halloween Party, we love going every year!

Chiquita Banana anyone??

This was the OnLy picture worth posting, I desperately need a fancy camera! Kadence had such a fun Halloween...she was Carmen Miranda, a.k.a...the Chiquita Banana lady. My mother-in-law made her costume, isn't it the cutest!? I'll post more pictures soon, have to wait for Alexis to give me her FaBuLouS pictures of the 3 kiddos together...:)
