Jackson, the Ranch, and a Birthday

We went on a family vacation with Adam's family last week to Jackson Hole WY and then to the ranch for a couple of days. We drove straight to Teton Village to ride up the tram to the top of the Tetons.

Kadence was a little skeptical about the whole thing. She was very tense the whole ride up and basically terrified on the trip down. There were so many people packed on there, and I got separated from Adam and Kadence so I just had to watch her trembling and crying in Adam's arms, so sad. I guess it's safe to say she's afraid of heights and anything that moves. I on the other hand loved it, amazing views!
The picture doesn't do the view justice, we were so high up!
The Garrett family, all 4 1/2 of them...Alexis is 9 months preggo.
Andy and Avery walking on the edge...a little scary.
Andy, Avery, Adam, and Kadence, not sure why nobody looks happy but Av...but nice view.
This is the tram, it holds up to 100 people at a time.
Brogan got to jump on the big trampolines, he loved it.
We went swimming at our hotel that night, what's a vacation without a little hotel swimming?!
The "heated pool" was not so hot, Avery was a brave little girl and got in.
Kadence was not so brave, and just sat on the side and splashed her daddy.
Daddy's are so fun!
Love them...
The next morning we headed out to shop...had to get a pic in front of the antlers in the town square.

Me and Big Foot
It was a gorgeous day so we spent a lot of time at the park, waiting for the little ground squirrels to pop out of their holes.

Nana bought all the kids cowboy hats, don't they look official?
Kadence loved having her cousins at the ranch to play with.

We went fishing, didn't catch anything but had fun throwing rocks in the water.
Hanging out with Papa and "Maga"a.k.a. Grandma
The 3 kiddos...don't mind Kadence's outfit, her jeans were dirty.

Alexis pointed out that Kadence looks like a rodeo queen on her casual day, so funny.
We fed apples to the horses.
Kadence loves her uncle Ben, she kept telling him that she wanted to give the horse a kiss.
Brogan checking out the Big Bull
Walking back to the house, isn't it gorgeous up there?
Adam turned 25 while we were up there, Happy Birthday babe!
Okay, don't these two look like they could be sisters? Crazy, they are adorable now, but someday, in about 15 years, I think they're going to be double trouble.
We were so happy that Aric and Cami could make the loooong drive from St. George to come play with us.
Sweet faces...
We had so much fun, it was good to share the ranch with my in-laws. Love you guys!!!
